Quantities you will need:

4 - spool in the desired reel size (3k, 5k, 8.5k, etc)

1 - nut

1 - screw

1- rubber band

Print the screw and nut with random seams so they dont interfear with the thread tolerance.

The S Chattam Tackle mod screw just has a flat on it to fit in their reel spooler jig.

I print on:

• Voron2.4
• 0.4 nozzle
• 0.2 layer hight
• 40% infill
• 4 perimiters
• 5 solid top/bottom layers
• no supports
• forced 0.4 extrusion width
• ABS filiment from KVP
