Description
The design of the Stock fan mount is hilariously dumb, not only does it blow from only 1 direction, but the fan is blowing hot air because it's sucking the hot air from the heated bed, it also works like a vacuum cleaner, and sucking stringed filament inside the fan.
No additional hardware needed, but be careful when u dissemble the fan, the wiring doesn't have much of a slag, I had to remove that wire from the Corner clip of the fan case to get some more playing room.
Ideally this should be made from ASA/ABS or at least an PEGT. However, I used PLA cause that's all I have at the moment, and it seems to work fine. The yellow ''prototype'' was about 3 mm off the center of the nozzle, but The black one was printed with the prototype installed, so it seems to work anyway.
Supports are needed, but do not support the Ring part.
I decided to add the prototype too, in case someone find it more appealing. I recommend the Fixed black one, of course.
Every model I upload comes with the Step files, I believe it helps the community.
