Print in a material that is stable at high temperatures (polycarbonate for example).

Top half needs supports. I used hybrid tree supports from BambuStudio or OrcaSlicer, not sure which of those slicers anymore. Set sufficient top z-distance (0.2mm for example). I think it only needed supports on build plate.

Use M2x8 self tapping screws for assembly. Make sure you screw all the way down, but dont apply excessive force. Just pay attention that it cant come loose. Cam mount works with supplied screws. Antenna just clips in holder. Base is meant to be stuck down with double sided tape.

Try to print this as light as possible while maintaining sufficient strength.

Will maybe be updated in the future with cutouts for sd-card, bind button and usb slot. I would also prefer this with heat-set inserts or magnets instead of screwing self-tapping screws into plastic. I dont like the rounded edges on top of the bottom half too. No ETA for any of these changes though. Might even not happen at all…
