Description
Inspiration | I love the voronoi trays by @msmn and @olgapavlova_207132 but need a little bit different size and compartment count so I designed my own. Handy for small equipment repair to keep little screws and such in order.
Features | Tapered sides, finger-sized fillets and a hanging hole to store it out of the way.
Print Recommendations | Use Concentric infill for top surface for more visually interesting look. Print in filament of your choice. No supports necessary.
Update to 2P01.2 on 2023-09-22| Moved hanging hole to better align with center of mass so it hangs straight. Added small detent feature in hole to keep it from slipping off the peg and sliding toward the tapered end of the hole.
Other info | Printed in Atomic Filaments Gunmetal Gray.
Designed in Solidworks for Makers.
Used https://cfbrasz.github.io/Voronoi.html to generate the voronoi pattern, imported into a sketch and sketched over top of it. Extruded cells with a draft on them for the angled walls and added fillets at the bottom and sides. Super simple.
Hope you find it useful!
