Die Membran bei dieser Art von Magnetventil reißt gerne ein, und das Ventil funktioniert nicht mehr. Eine Ersatzmembran kostet beinahe so viel wie das ganze Ventil. Bisher wurde ein ganzes Ventil vom Lager abgefasst und nur die Membran entnommen. Die wurde dann eingebaut und der Messing Ventilkörper weggeschmissen. Das ist für mich Verschwendung von Ressourcen und Geld. Ich wollte außerdem wissen ob es möglich ist eine Gummimembran nachzumachen. Und die Membran aus TPU funktioniert einwandfrei.

Ich habe die Membran seit April, 24/7 im industriellen Einsatz. Man kann keinen Verschleiß feststellen.

Die Membran ist aus TPU von Extrudr in Semi Soft 88 Shore A. Sie ist nicht ganz so weich wie das Original, funktionier aber bestens. Nach dem Drucken muss noch ein kleines Loch, mittels heißer Nadel, in die Membran gemacht werden. (siehe Bilder) 

Der Innenteil ist zur besseren Druck- und Montagemöglichkeit zweigeteilt. Hier ist die Materialwahl nicht so entscheidend. Es wirken fast keine Kräfte auf das Teil.

Der Teller muss nur in die Membran eingesteckt werden und der Unterteil mittels Superkleber befestigt werden. Danach kann die selbst gedruckte Membran in das Ventil eingesetzt werden.

Keine Stützstrukturen notwendig.

The membrane on this type of solenoid valve tends to tear, and the valve no longer works. A replacement membrane costs almost as much as the entire valve. Previously, an entire valve was bought and only the membrane was removed. This was then installed and the brass valve body was thrown away. For me this is a waste of resources and money. I also wanted to know if it was possible to imitate a rubber membrane. And the TPU membrane works perfectly.

I have been using the membrane 24/7 since April in industrial way. No wear and tear can be detected.

The membrane is made of TPU from Extrudr in Semi Soft 88Shore A. It's not quite as soft as the original, but it works perfectly. After printing, a small hole must be made in the membrane, by using a hot needle. (look at the pictures)

The inner part is divided into two parts for better printing and assembly. The choice of material is not so important here. There are almost no forces acting on the part.

The plate only needs to be inserted into the membrane and the lower part attached using super glue. After that, the membrane is ready to use.
