Relio² lights have a number of printable accessories on Thingiverse, including a similar diffuser, but I wanted something a bit different. This version is round (instead of square), slightly larger, and with a bit nicer fit and finish. It fits together a bit more snugly and has chamfers to make it more comfortable.
I originally designed a one-piece version (included) which is meant to be painted on the inside, but I didn't like the result. So I made a two-piece version to be printed in black for the outside and white for the inside, which looks clean and snazzy.
You'll want to cut out a matching round piece of diffusion material (translucent plastic, tracing paper, etc.) Both versions have recesses for 6mm magnets which mate with the magnets on the Relio². It's all held together with the ring at the end. The inside piece does notquite sit flush with the outside, and this is intentional. The magnets on the Relio² are a bit proud of the front, so the recess lets the whole thing fit tight and flush.

Notes:
Relio² lights get up to 60° C so PETG is strongly recommended over PLA (which may soften and warp). The STL files are in the preferred printing orientation.
The accessories included with Relio² lights appear to be printed in Prusament Galaxy Black PETG, so you can use that if you want this to match.License:
