Description
The Aldi Workzone Pegboard serves as a practical tool for organizing the assortment of tools found in our workshops. However, it came to my attention that certain tools were not compatible with the provided hooks and attachments. Consequently, I took it upon myself to devise my own solutions.
In order to properly store my fixings and fasteners, such as nuts and bolts, I crafted a container specifically tailored for this purpose. Additionally, I designed a hex key holder capable of accommodating a wide range of sizes, spanning from 1mm to 5mm.
I utilized our friend Fusion360 to create these designs. In the interest of fostering collaboration and facilitating further enhancements, I will gladly provide a STEP file to allow for remixing and improving upon the existing designs. (Please note that I am relatively new to Fusion360 so my design methods may be odd, but happy to discuss if troubleshooting is required).
3MF file tailored towards Prusa MK3s and Prusament PETG.
STL files provided for other 3D printers.
Infill: I used 0% and had no issues but you can add some infill for rigidity.
Perimeters: 2.
Supports: This requires supports for the peg hook attachments, I had no issues printing at the default printing speeds.
