Ender 6 High Flow Kit Build Area 273x305x400

December 4, 2023
Description
First of all thanks to Matt The Printing Nerd for the component cooler template from the fastest printed 3D printer in the world - THE 100.
I attached the Creality "High Flow Kit" to the cold end, but not with the enclosed 4.1 mm heat brake but with a bimetal heat brake. Since the new nozzles are 4 mm longer, I designed a new component cooler with two 5015 radial fans.
With the limit switch holders, the installation space could now be expanded to 273x305x400 mm. At the Y limit switch, I recommend angling the shift tongue a bit. If you only want to increase the installation space, you can use "XVersatzT100" to move the limit switch up without having to drill a hole.
Assembly
I printed all the parts with ASA, I glued the "25015HalterT100" to the component cooler with acetone, and I screwed "Klebehilfe" on the back.
fasten the "Grundplatte" with M3x6 screws. For the cold end fan, drill out the holes with 2.5 mm and screw in an M3 screw. Screw on the component cooler at the bottom with the M4x16 screw and at the top with the M3x6 screw, each with a nut. I countersunk the screw heads on the cold end fan by drilling out, the cold end fan can be pushed through the component cooler. M3x20 screws with nuts are required for the 5015 fans. The limit switch holders are fastened with an M4x6 screw and a slotted nut, "XVersatz" is fastened with an M2x6 screw. I replaced the rear glass bed clamps with "AuflageAnschlag"". For maximum installation space I have notched the front blue frame corners. The cable hose is fastened with cable ties. The "SchildT100" snaps to the cams.
Thanks also to vthg, the limit switch holders are partly a remix of:
