Thule Chariot Sport Accessory | Wall Mount (Hooks)

Summary

I made few small hooks that are mounted on a wall to hold accessory for Thule Chariot Sport stroller.

This makes the storage of the entire stroller a bit more tidy in a garage as the equipment is otherwise laying all over the place.

There are two versions of the hook. One that has extra click-in spot for holding the flag used when biking.

You will need 2 hooks for each accessory piece (aluminium bar).

If you want a full set including the flag holder print:

• 2x - hook-with-flag-holder
  • Used to hold the Bike aluminium bar & each will hold a piece of the flag.
• 4x - hook-standard
  • Used to hold the aluminium bars for the front wheel used for skating/running.

Print Instructions

I used a following settings for the print and it turned out very well.

Print orientation: Make sure the THULE logo is on top - you might need to change the orientation of the STL file in your slicer.

Material: PETG
Slicer: PrusaSlicer
Preset: 0.3mm DRAFT
Adaptive layer height: (0.2 = Quality/Speed, 2 = Smoothing)
Perimeters: 4
Infill: 15-20%
Solid Layers: 4 bottom, 4 top

Mounting Instructions

The holes use 90deg countersink, so use screws with the same countersink angle (90deg is a standard angle in Europe).

The mounting is designed to be via wood screws into the wall using a “wall dowel” or into a wooden wall.
