Front panel for Weller WTCP Magnastat soldering station

A replacement front panel for Weller WTCP Magnastat soldering station (Type: 52102799).

As far as I know this soldering station was manufactured in 1980 (or around that time).

This repair consists of two separate parts (plate and small cable tensioner holder) that can be connected together with a small screw (or possibly just glued). The reason is so that you can print most of the front panel agains a flat print bed without supports and print the small protruding piece separately.

The design is based on the original front plate except I added the Weller logo text as one layer debossed shape and made it bigger than the original printed text to make it a bit more unique.

Sorry for the bad print quality on my photo. My first layer did not come out very nicely for this but I did not want to reprint it since it was functional anyway.

Printing and post processing

This is two simple prints that should print fine without adding supports in slicer. There is built in support layer (one 0.2 mm thick layer to help bridge over holes to avoid extra supports) covering couple of the holes so after printing you will need to cut open those holes with a hobby/craft knife for example.
