Key for Kohler 14RCA generator enclosure (Industrilas 291108)

This is a key for a Kohler generator enclosure, tested with model 14RCA. The original part is manufactured by Industrilas: Keys for insert 2-370 part number 291108. I took measurements from the physical key and CAD file supplied by Industrilas, and created a new version of the key suitable for easy FFF 3D printing.

Printing instructions

• Choose the version you'd like (with an attachment hole in the handle, or without).
• Print the .stl file as-oriented.
• You shouldn't need any brim or supports.

Operating instructions

• Insert key into lock.
• Turn anticlockwise to unlock.
• Turn clockwise to lock.
• Remove when not in use.

Notes

• I designed this model in OpenSCAD and it's fully parameterized. If you'd like a simple modification (e.g., larger base, etc.), send me some measurements and I'll see what I can do.
