minimum makita battery adapter

I use Makita 18v batteries in many different projects, I like that they battery protection is built into the battery. I had been messing around with editing on TinkerCAD because nobody uploaded a step file for the holder.

This is the minimum piece I could design that would hold a battery and terminals. This way whatever you are designing, you can easily add the holder into CAD.

I make the terminals from 8x100 nickel strips, and glued in.

STEP and STL are included on Printables.

I updated the design with the “+” and “-”, I also removed the chamfers to make it integrate easier.
