TPU Bottle Bumper for kid's Klean Kanteen

This set of rings are friction fitted around the bottle to dampen shocks, limit noise and protect the floors and the bottle.

Some force is needed to insert it, not too much… for an adult :P

I've included the Fusion360 source file, most of the important features are parametric.

Print settings

I used a Sunlu TPU filament (rated at 95A), using a 0.4 nozzle (I did try a 0.6, but it oozed a lot) at 0.2 SPEED profile on Prusa Slicer 2.6.1.

No supports needed, you can print both parts at the same time, stringing was minimal for me.
