Description

I needed a shelf bracket with a depth of at least 35 cm that can securely hold a weight of 10 kg. Since it's apparent that such a product doesn't exist here, I have developed a shelf bracket myself and am sharing it with you.

The extensions are modularly designed, allowing a shelf bracket to be assembled at lengths of 20, 30, 35, and 40 cm as desired.

You need to print these parts for each bracket at the following lengths.

Printing information

Layer height: 0.32mm (0.6 nozzle); 0.20 (0.4 nozzle)
Infill: 15%
Perimeters: 3 (0.6 nozzle); 4 (0.4 nozzle)
Support: none
Brim: recommended for printing the bracket

Important: When printing the bracket, the entire height of the print area of a Prusa MK4 is used. Therefore, you should not have anything attached to the printer's cross frame that limits the print height.

I am looking forward to your Makes! :-)

If you like this design, feel free to check out my others here.

And maybe you would like to support me with a small donation. Feel free to use the support button on the top right of this page. I myself donate one or two Euros to each designer for an interesting model that is worth five stars to me.
