Voron 2.4 / Trident Top Hat Top Panel Clips no hardware needed

These clips will keep your top panel sealed & secure in use & during maintenance. There are two sizes of clips that slot into the upper pattern of the top hat / canopy model.

There's also an increased pressure clip in the larger size if you really don't want things to move, or you're finding the regular one is not holding for any reason.

EDIT: NOTE YOUR TOP PANAL MUST SIT FLUSH WITH THE TOP OF THE TOP HAT!!

If it does not look like the image below then your clips WILL BREAK! 

This is because your foam on the top panel is too thick, you probably used 2.5-3mm thick foam tape instead of the required 1.5mm stuff. They are NOT designed to flex that much!

Your clear top panel MUST SIT LIKE THIS to use the regular models! Use the extra height clips models if your top panel sits higher than the image below. 

ADDED EXTRA HEIGHT MODELS IF NEEDED!

Print models on the Long flat side so it looks like a  letter “U”.

No supports required. Print at standard Voron Print settings in ABS/ASA preferably.

Please make sure your printer is set up well for this, the tolerances are very tight 0.1-0.2mm! Any less than perfect setup might cause the prints not to fit well or at all!

This is not a reason for a bad review, these models are known to fit the main top hat / canopy model perfectly & hold with good force. If you have trouble with the fit please adjust your print settings or seek some assistance with your print profile or mechanical setup.
