Description

This is a remix of Wardy89's MK3S filament guide on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3425397)

This is designed to fit the Bondtech BMG upgrade for the MK3S and the MK2.5S with either the V6 or Slice Mosquito Hot ends. The sensor cover plate on the BMG is different from the Stock MK3S/2.5S and also different from the BMG MK3/MK2.5 upgrade.

Print instructions

You will need a PC4-M10 pneumatic fitting (like these from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Straight-Pneumatic-Connector-Long-Distance-Extruder/dp/B07S1GLM8R/ref=dp_prsubs_1?pd_rd_i=B07S1GLM8R&psc=1

This design allows the PTFE guide tube to go through the pneumatic fitting and nest inside a small hole in the cover allowing a very precise filament path (see pics)

Print out of PETG at 0.2 layer height and 15% infill.

No support is needed. Print at 0.2 layer height to get the best threading.

Make sure your slicer is printing 'Inside to Out' instead of 'Outside to In' (You want Internal perimeters FIRST for best threading)
