Description
This is the first lamp model I made and I will admit it is kind of a pia to assemble. There are a lot of pieces that need either glued or screwed together. I wasn't interested in having support touch points so I split some of the parts in half to avoid this. There is an order of operations so be aware.
I added Jason C Kessler's spider, https://www.printables.com/model/2522-spider, as a final touch.
Also make without the Halloween theme with the “glass” file.
Assembly
Glue the two halves of the shaft bottom together. Glue the two halves of the center shaft together. Slide the bottom support onto the shorter side of the the center shaft. Glue on the shaft bottom to the short side of the center shaft. Slide on the tea lights holder. Glue on the top loop
Glue the “glass” panels into the frames x 6. Glue the frames to the frame brackets to form the lamp shade.
Slide the lamp shade assembly onto the center shaft and pop into the bottom support. Use x6 top supports to secure the lamp shade to the top loop with 6 M3 screws.
Add spiders and led tealights for a spooky look!
Hopefully I got the order correct, it has been a while since I made one. Please let me know.
