I recycle SD card reader from Lenovo thinkcentre desktop computer.

• SD card reader
• USB cable (shielded or 5 wires, 3mm cable dia), I found one without need to crimp in an old Lenovo mouse
• (optional / if you like to crimp) JST-PH 2.mm 5P
