Simple and nice Wire Manager Cable Organizer Kabelmanager Kabelklemme Kabelclips

I broke one  of my wiremanager from my desktop, so i took the caliper and created the model.
Then i redesigned it for better printabiliy, with hight strength and a nice design.

You have different angles of the shape, smallest and best printable is the 25 degree version. 

Just add a double sided glue tape and have fun 🙂

Insert the cable into the gap and rotate it…finished 🙂

The inner diameter and the gap between the two spring elements is 7mm. Rescale it if you need a different diameter. I have printed it with prusament PETG and managed to insert a 7mm wire without breaking. Do not put to much emphasis on the surface quality of the print picture, i overdid it with the printing speed…with my slow speed printer.

I recommend to use the orientation of the _print.stl files and with 100% infill to have the strongest possible result. 

The _origin is the model of the broken one, so the base of the redesign.
