Conical #4 Size Coffee Filter Holder

A basic functional holder for #4 size conical coffee filters, such as those used by the Clever Dripper but should also be compatible with Melitta and other brands. This simple design is ideal for stashing in a cupboard and adds barely any size compared to the filters themselves.

I couldn't quite find a design that I liked so I made my own. The design is inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5899803 but I CAD'd the model from scratch using all my own measurements.

Print Notes:

• Nothing special, print upright without supports.
• I used 0.3mm for speed, you could go finer to get smoother curves.
• My photos are of the basic “Made for Prusa” silver PLA that came with my Mk3S+

Model Notes:
The attached Fusion 360 model contains a couple customizable User Parameters:

• wall_thickness: set at 2.4mm to get 4 perimeters worth of extrusion on the main walls when using a 0.4mm nozzle. Adjust this parameter if you have a different nozzle size.
• inner_width: 42mm comfortably holds 100 filter papers, but it's easy to scale up or down
• notch_depth: how deep the notch is for removing filters one at a time
