Magnietic Phoneholder [Fusion360 Parametric]

I'm not using this exact one, but mine's similar.

My phone would constantly tip over and eventually fall down, but with a powerful magnet inbetween and a fixture around it, it holds perfectly

Must be printed in PETG, PLA will get soft on a hot day in the car.

This design i created in Fusion360 takes use of User-Parameters so you can adjust it to your exact phone + case.

For the magnet i used a 15x3mm neodymium magnet i already had.

The examlpe models all have these magnet dimensions. The one in the picture has an InternalWidth of 78mm and it fits a Galaxy S8 + case.

Here's a quick overview of all the parameters:

MagnetDiameter:

Diameter of the Magnet with 0,15mm of tolerance added automatically

15mm by default

MagnetThickness:

Thickness of the Magnet with 0,2mm of tolderance added automatically

3mm by default

InternalWidth:

This value should be a little bigger than your phone is wide

78mm by default

InternalHeight:

This value should be about 70% of your phones height

100m by default

InternalDepth:

This Value should be a little bigger than your phone is thick

12mm by default

MagnetOffset:

30mm by default
