Bento Box - Filter with Hepa + Carbon + 4010 or 4020 fans

Shortended BentBox filter, design from scratch. Carbon and Hepa boxes can be stacked and interchangeable.

Support fans 4010 and 4020 and 40x80x15 Hepa filter.

For avoid air leakage recommended to use TPU 1.75 filament like a seal. 

Boxes have flanges for centering, and 6x3 magnets for keep boxes togheter. 

Recommended order of boxes: base, fan, hepa, carbon, lid (fan and hepa box can be interchangeable or you can use more than 1 hepa or carbon box - only recommended for 4020 fans with high CFM).

 Instruction of assembly:

• Solder fans wires together and install fans to the fan box using 4pcs of 4x12mm screws (2 screws per fan) - Do not overtighten, screw is screwed directly into part. Use wires channels (right or left depend where you wanna install filter) for proper wires routing.
  Fans should blow downwards for ensure proper air circulation inside enclosure. 

• Assembly 6x3mm magnets (please remember about polarization): 
  • 3pcs for fan box, 
  • 6pcs for Hepa box, 
  • 6pcs for carbon box, 
  • 3pcs for lid

• Use TPU 1.75mm filament like a seal for Fan (it is possible also use 2mm seal strip instead TPU https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_EvXcGYB ), Carbon, Hepa boxes - Optional but recommended for avoid any air leakage.

• Install M3 heatinserts (5mm diameter)  - 3pcs into base box, 2pcs for spacer

• Install spacer to the base box using 2pcs of M3x12 screws ( spacer allow to use Inverted electronic mod for Voron Trident https://mods.vorondesign.com/?search=loganfraser-tridentinvertedelectronics )

• Install fan box to the base box using 4pcs of M3x12 screws (do not forget use wire channels for fan wire routing)

• Install Hepa filter and add ~65g of active carbon 

• Assembly filter box to the frame using 2pcs of M3x8 screws and M3 t-nut

BOM:
 

Use atleast 3 perimiters and 20% infill, no support needed. 

Recomended material: PETG (if enclosure temp <65C deg), ABS, ASA.

• clearance of flanges change from 0.1 to 0.2mm
• height of spacer reduce from 15 to 10mm
