STLs and F3D files are attached so you can easily edit the parts if need be.
WARNING - THIS WILL NOT BE WATER TIGHT!
Unless you silicone the living hell out of everything which kinda defeats the purpose of having changeable lowers. My personal opinion is most phones are water resistant as are most key-fobs and my state registration is laminated.
Tips for cutting the storage compartment on the Spark:
The lower part of the storage follow the vertical support for the perfect Line to match the lower, for me this took an oscillating tool and some chisels to get just right.
Cut out a decent chunk about 2 inches up from the bottom then mount the box assembled (upper and lower), when mounting level the lower to match the stock storage level (i.e. make it feel nearly flat feeling from inside the storage compartment, then drill at least 2 holes on each side, this will most likely take 2 people.
Once mounted or at last held in with a a few screws you can drill the rest of the holes, and then take a sharpie, preferably metallic, and reach into the extended storage box and do your best to trace the side wall lines and then top line should be easy; after that you can remove the extended storage and fine tune the cutout for the extended storage system.
The upper is a little over built as it has the lower just hanging from it.
Upper has Loops for Zip tie attachment as I needed them for Audio wiring, I left them on here because they don't interfere and may be of use to others.
M4x20mm - Button head Screws + Nylon Lock-nuts for attachment to Hull and for attaching lower to upper.
Be Sure your printer is dialed in, most clearances are ~.2 mm
***HIGHLY RECOMMEND PETG/BPET/PETT FILAMENT***
For Temp resistance, UV resistance, and chemical resistance as well as amazeballs level layer adhesion. (pro-tip: print higher temp for best layer adhesion and clean up stringing with a heat gun)
My Settings for all parts:
.4 nozzle
.3 layer height
4 perimeter walls
Between 10% and 20% infill.
Supports…
Upper = No
Lower Reference = No
Jays:
Main = No
Flap = No
Cover = Yes (I printed mine on it's side so i would only have to clean up the sides of the hinges, but i feel that only works if you have a non-bed slinger YMMV)

BONUS- Giving you all my carefully purpose built lower.
