make sure that Elastic filament of Your choice is dry
recommended 0.6 mm nozzle
3 perimeters @0.65 wall width
4 top/bottom layers at 0.24mm layer high
TPU 85A by F3D Filament was use in this case
mirror the object in a slicer to get left and right foot
use glue stick to protect print surface - better adhesion, ease of release
