Design.

Factory, injection molded parts are snapping while attaching microphone or adjusting the angle of a mic. 

Replacement part is much stronger in the narrow are thanks to bigger cross-section area. Additionally there is a new feature - a grove around axis hole is redesigned to accommodate a piece of elastic filament . This provide very positive friction sensation and allow to both reduce the tension of the screw , plus gives good adjustment mobility and stability.

Printing instructions:

• 0.2 to 0.24 layer height, 
• 3 or more perimeters ,
• adjust top/bottom layers count to have strong enough area that is clamped with mounting screw. 

Assembly instructions:

• Cut a piece of elastic filament and thread it into stop hole on one side (see pictures), then loop around, throughout via-hole , loop again, cut to length and anchor in the other stop hole,
• clean the axis hole with 8mm drill bit or 8mm rammer, 
• slide it into metal fork, paying attention to align elastic band,
• tight the axial screw with the right fell and friction on the axis when moving the microphone.
