Improved CW2 Cable Bridge for BTT EBB boards

This is a modified version from BTT Cable Bridge part. There are a bunch of flaws in the design that I corrected, notably the heat sets are angled on the original part and locations are not optimized to work with an official Voron Switchwire cable chain. 

This is for the two hole IGUS drag chains. 

I've also included in this upload the cover that allows you more room to move the drag chain further to the right to allow for more clearance for the belts on the left side of Switchwire builds.
