UPDATE 2025:

38mm hoses are now supported, but I have released here on Cults3D

I am still using the same part printed in PETG in 2023! This has stood the test of time but now my nozzle has failed, so here is a new model to repair the other end!

--

If you've experienced the annoyance of your Henry vacuum hose pulling off of the body of the machine, you'll know what it's like to have a split collar nut!

This design replaces both the inner and the outer part, but both are designed to work with OEM parts, so you can just print whichever part you need. Both do work together very well with less friction than the original.

I have tried with both PLA and PETG, but it was my first time with PETG so I had some fine stringing. PLA does work great though for both parts!

Print either .20 or .30 layer height, and don't enable supports. Print with threaded sides down.

The hose should be put through the outer first, then threaded backwards (left-threaded) into the inner until it stops. Then attach the outer nut to the body of the vacuum.

Enjoy your repaired machine!
