Pot vase mode remix

I modified the model so it is now one big block. It allows for vase mode printing. Not only that, it allows you to make the walls exactly as thick as you want - you can print with 0 infill, the desired number of walls and 0 top layers. Examples of slicing are in the pictures up top. 

If you need the holes in the bottom, you can add cylinders as a cutting mesh in your slicer.
