Bonavita Carafe Lid Lever Replacement

Our carafe lid started leaking when tipped, this was most likely due to a toddler dropping the lid multiple times… happens. 

This print replaces the lever inside, just take off the covering, pull out the old one, struggle to get the seal in, place the spring, and finagle it into place. Nice and easy.

I printed this in PLA due to speed, but PETG may be wise. Due to reusing the silicone stopper, the PLA doesn't come into contact with coffee. 

It may also be wise to print this with more infill than I did at 10% because the lever has a little flex in it which doesn't create a perfect seal, I believe this would be fixed if it had more infill.
