Description
This is a replacement part for the seat belt retainers that are used to keep the rear seat belts out of the way while using the Marco Polo in camping mode. This is not safety equipment, but a convenience.
Use PETG or similar material. I used colorFabb nGen Dark Grey and it works really well. Materials such as ABS are possibly even better, but I haven't tried.
Use a good amount of infil. I've used 40% Honeycomb (Orca Slicer).
You'll need to add support under the bar and possibly for the larger hole. Slim, single walled tree support works well (Orca Slicer).
Easy: Remove your old/broken seat belt retainer, reuse the screw for your new printed replacement.
The Marco Polo model is a W638 Mercedes Vito 2002. I don't know if it fits older or newer models.
