Description
This is a protective case for the Panasonic AQA211VL 15A solid state relay.
This protects you from accidentally touching either the DC input or the very dangerous 120/240V AC side. This helps prevent you from accidentally touching either ends of the SSR.
It is designed to fit on top of the mounting holes on the SSR. I have it attached directly to the frame of my printer with x2 M5 screws and drop in nuts.
I would suggest adding a silicone thermal pad in between the metal plate of the SSR and your frame to isolate it and aid with thermal transfer.

Note: I am not responsible for any damage due to the use of an SSR, I am just providing a case. Make sure that you still use cable strain relief on all AC and DC inputs/outputs.

Make sure to print it in the orientation as shown OR make sure that you have very, very good layer adhesion! If you tighten the screws that hold onto the SSR, a poor print will cause the plastic to crack along the layer lines.
