Case for Shelly Plus 1PM & Shelly Plus AddOn

Without Shelly add-ons, please use Shelly Case v2.
Parts with the same name are identical.

The housing is used to securely hold a Shelly Plus 1PM device and a Shelly Plus AddOn.

The housing creates a safe separation between the high-voltage area and the low-voltage area (sensors). 

Up to four sensors can be connected, e.g. temperature, humidity, digital and analog sensors. Please refer to the add-on instructions for the exact number.

Consists:

• 1x housing (bottom part)

• 2x separator

• 1x lid

• 2x clips for cable clamping

• 2x cable kink protection (optional, see below)

• Clip for closure (high voltage)

• Clip for closure (low voltage)

Assembly

Connect Shelly Plus 1PM and Plus AddOn and insert into the housing
 

Connect high voltage area

Insert separator

Connect low-voltage area (sensors).

Close the housing

This requires:

• 4x cylinder screw DIN912 M4x20

• 4x nut DIN 934 M4

• 4x countersunk screws M2x12/16
  (caution! screws that are too long may punch through the enclosure wall.)

• 2x kink protection KM4 (optional)

  • Inner diameter approx. 6.4mm

  • Waistband 9.5 x 2.4

• max. 2 Wago clamps 221-413

• max. 2 Wago clamps 221-412

Wall mounting:

a) simple mounting plate:

• Fit the mounting plate with 4 nuts (M4).

• Screw the mounting plate onto the wall (2-4 M5 countersunk screws)

• Now screw the complete housing to the mounting plate (M4x25)

b) with wall mount:

• First attach the wall bracket to the wall.

• Screwed with 2-4 M5 countersunk screws

• or with adapter clips, e.g. for magnetic attachment

Sealing Element

Warning: The enclosure is NOT designed to be waterproof.

The sealing element only provides a temporary,
limited improvement against the ingress of dust and moisture.

I do not accept any liability for damage caused
by water ingress or similar influences.

Material: TPU (as soft as possible)

Assembly Instructions
Glue in place with superglue.
