Small porthole style window

This window fits on the heatbed of the Prusa MK3S+.

The window has no visible screws on the outside and can therefore be made splash-proof with a self-adhesive rubber strip like this (see last photo).

Other parts needed:

• 6 x M5x40 Countersunk machine screws (for 40 mm wall thickness)
• 6 x Ruthex RX-M5x9.5 threaded inserts
• 1 x Acrylic glass 175mm - 3-4-5 … mm
• some glue to mount the acrylic glass like this

Print settings

Layer height: 0.3mm

Nozzle: 0.4mm

Infill: 15 - 20%

Inner ring: no support

Outer ring: with custom enforcers, organic style

Filament: PETG/ASA
