Genmitsu PROVerXL 4030 Vacuum Adapter

Genmitsu PROVerXL 4030 Vacuum Adapter for stock 300watt motor.  This adapter will allow you to connect a 1.25" vacuum hose to the CNC and allow it to suck up all the dust created when milling.  This was created in two parts the top part which attaches to the CNC motor and vacuum hose, and the bottom part that has the dust brush attached.  The bottom part is connected to the top with a set of hidden magnets inside the printed shell.  The magnets provide for a quick release to access the spindle to change bits.

In the Fusion360 file you can modify the parameters to your liking, adjusting parameters can have unintended consequences.  You should be able to safely adjust magnet diameter and height.  I used 9mm(Dia) x 4mm(H) magnets and paused the print to insert them.  You may run into trouble with the magnets in the bottom part wanting to pop out to stick to the print head, you can adjust the diameter of the magnets to more of a force fit to resolve that issue, size of magnet hole for tight fit all depends on printer calibration/extrusion and magnet dimensions.  Magnet Diameter is currently set 0.1mm over the 9mm diameter.  Which was a good fit on my printer.
