TB-12 Full Length Barrel (PPS)

This is the full-length barrel for the TB-12 including a handguard. Assuming you have the old barrel, just transfer over several components like the ejector to this.

I designed it to be modular so you can experiment how long you want it to be. To have the handguard, make sure the PPS Handguard Nut FL is the first segment right after PPS FL. OR just go crazy with it, swap around the segments if you like, it's your choice really.

Components are:

PPS FL - Part that mounts on the frame.

PPS Handguard Nut FL - Part the Handguard screws on to.

PPS Segment FL - Barrel extension. (112mm long)

PPS Front-Sight FL - Barrel segment with a front sight.

Handguard Parts A and B - The handguard.

Hardware Needed:

Handguard

• M4x25mm Countersunk Bolt and M4 Nut
• Two M3 x 220mm steel rods as support (Optional)
• M6 x 35mm Steel Dowel Pin (Replaces old pin from old barrel, this sits flush with the handguard and acts as another point of contact for the handguard)

Full-Length Barrel

• PPS FL has slots underneath to insert M3 steel rods as reinforcement. If you don't put any, you'll risk splitting the part with all that weight. The shorter slots are ~15mm in length while the longer slots are ~65mm.
• Old Airsoft Inner Barrel. Ideally from a VSR10/Clone, but if you have an aeg barrel just cut off the part where the window for the hop up is.
• Four M3 Rods, Throughout the length of the barrel are four slots for M3 rods. Length will depend how long you want the barrel to be.
• 1 M4 Nut to insert into PPS_Handguard_Nut.
