I advise just using the ZeroG MercuryOne.1 XY joints in their entirety. Use their configurator for spacers based on pulley size. I still advise using Gates oem spec pulleys. Doing this will result in some misalignment of the belts in the Z axis at the rear idlers which should not effect anything, it's very minimal. Using the ZeroG XY joints will make sure your belts are in line with the E34M1 toolhead in a much more important way that can make a difference in print accuracy. 

New motion system for TwoTrees Sapphire Plus SP-5. No modification to the original frame or parts is needed. Uses mostly parts from the original printer. Full build plate is useable plus off bed range for the nozzle. 

I am working on a guide but here are the files for now. This is still a work in progress and revisions will be coming. I am also working on parts to allow moving the Y axis to make enclosing the printer easier, but it will cause a loss of build volume. 

Print using zerog mercuryone settings. .25 first layer, .2 layer height, 4 walls, 5 top and bottom, 40% infill. 

All X-Y holes are .2mm oversize for FDM but you'll want to make sure your printer is tuned well. No xy hole compensation should be needed. 

You must use Gates brand pulleys or similar Gates spec pulleys. They have a 15mm outside flange diameter.

The 1mm shims I refer to came of the original motion system. I can't recall exactly where though. They are 5mm ID, 1mm thick, and around 6mm OD. Perfect for using with the pulleys. See picture for reference.
