Description
Ever had a Salami or a Polnische (poland style sausage) with way too much moisture and way too less flavour? I got you covered!
With this (clunky) Wurstgalgen you could dramatically increase the flavour and texture of your favorite Wurst! All it takes is time (and plastic).
Pay extra attention to suitable drying conditions.
Use your slicer to get the individual parts.
The Wurstgalgen is made up of 6 pillars connected by threaded bolts. If you need a lower or higher Wurstgalgen just print the needed amount of pillars and threaded bolts.
I printed all but the vertical beam with virtually no infill but 4 perimeters. Use “Seam position: random” to get less noticable seams on the pillars. Printed in PETG.
There is a little cup to catch any excess fat dripping from the Wurst. You can either stick it on the Wurst itself or place it in the middle of the base. Printed with TPU.
