Klíč na trysky pro Nextruder - Nozzle wrench for Nextruder ( Prusa MK4 printer)

EN: This printed wrench takes the hassle out of using a flat wrench under the Nextruder, not to mention eventually ripping the cables out of the Loveboard.

The prerequisite is a cooled nozzle without filament (< 50°C). Then just loosen the two set screws on the Nextruder on the left, hold the hotend with one hand and use the other hand to dial out the nozzle using this wrench. Reverse the procedure to screw in the second nozzle, almost Revo style.

The nozzle may be tightened more firmly the first time you replace it, then loosen it with a flat wrench. Subsequent replacements can only be done with this jig.  

For printing I recommend PET-G, 3 perimeters, the nozzle diameter or layer is practically irrelevant (tested on nozzle 0.6 / layer 0.32).

CZ: Tento vytištěný klíč vás zbaví nutnosti nešikovného šermování plochým klíčem pod Nextruderem, o trhání kabelů z Loveboard vůbec nemluvě.

Předpokladem je vychladlá tryska bez filementu (< 50°C). Pak stačí povolit dva stavěcí šrouby vlevo na Nextruderu, jednou rukou podržet hotend a druhou rukou za pomoci tohoto klíče trysku vytočit. Opačným postupem našroubujeme druhou trysku, skoro ve stylu Revo.

Při první výměně bude možná tryska silněji dotažená, pak ji uvolníme plochým klíčem. Další výměny už zvládneme pouze tímto přípravkem.  

Pro tisk doporučuji PET-G, 3 perimetry, na průměru trysky ani vrstvě prakticky nezáleží (zkoušeno na trysce 0.6 /vrstva 0,32 ).
