Elegoo Neptune 3 Dual 5015 Fan Duct Upgrade

Fitment for Neptune 3.

This is an upgraded fan shroud for the Neptune 3 platform to add dual 5015 blower fans. Each blower fan utilizes its own duct and exit as pictured in the cutaways. Fans simply slide onto their slot and get secured with 2 screws and 2 nuts. One side will have a spacer in between. Use APPROX. 2IN or about 50mm long screw for the fans. I soldered both ends of the fans together on a 2-pin JST-XH and did the same on the printer end.

Side Note: Yes, I am missing a screw on the bottom fan hole in the pictures =)

NOTE: There are 2 extruded tabs that mate with the metal corral on the gantry. These 2 tabs are to file down to your liking to ensure a level duct, relative to the bed. Mine work great with no filing.

Printed at 0.25mm with tree support on the fan tab, center fan slot, the 2 mounting tabs, and one of the fan duct mounts. This is being printed on its face as pictured above. Used a bim, 25% infill on ducting and support.
