I really liked the model of @Tritschi, but applying it to my country and colours was a bit of a hassle. The biggest problem was that I don't have a MMU. So I decided to make it easier for those who have limited print-possibilities. I made the models in Fusion360 as well as Solidworks2023 (I am not able to convert the files back to older versions of Solidworks, tried it for years). If you have any questions or problems, feel free to contact me so I can try and help. Otherwise, I would really like to see everybody's makes!
See the roadmap below for added countries in the coming weeks.

STEP-BY-STEP - installing the correct font(s)
Download the font to your corresponding licenseplate;
Open the zip-file and the map containing the font;
in the top-left corner, click ‘install’;
Restart your PC for the font to pop-up in your CAD-software;
Done! You are now ready yo edit your license plate.
STEP-BY-STEP - Fusion 360
Open the fusion360 file LP-Bel p01;
Right-click the last sketch in the featuretree;
Double-click the text;
In the pop-up box, insert your desired license plate;
Save;
Export to desired file format (if needed).
STEP-BY-STEP - Solidworks 2023
Open the Solidworks file LP-Bel p01 (or the Assembly LP-Bel a01);
In the feature tree (left column), click on the triangles to show the sketch ‘License plate Sketch’ (Under ‘License plate extrude');
Right-click the sketch and press ‘edit’;
In the sketch, double-click the license text. The left column will show a text-field which you can fill in to add the license plate to your liking;
Exit the sketch (right top corner → blue icon)
Save the part (or assembly);
Export to desired file format (if needed).
STEP-BY-STEP - Slicing (Prusaslicer 2.6.1 and up) & printing
Open the file LP-Bel p01 in Prusaslicer;
Position the part with the back face-down;
Slice the file according to your preferred settings (see my reccomendations below);
Add a filament-change to the layer that starts printing the outline & license text (This way, when you print the file, the printer will allow you to change colours and get the desired result);
Export G-code.
Slice and export LP-Bel p02 with standard settings into a separate file;
Print LP-Bel p02;
Print LP-Bel p01 and wait for the filament-change to kick into action;
Change to the desired colour;
Continue the print;
When all is done, glue both pieces together and you're done!
