Zombie Head Vomiting Soap Dispenser

This zombie head looks as if it is vomiting anytime his head is pressed down to dispense soap.  He snaps right onto a Softsoap branded antibacterial soap nozzle.  Just slide the nozzle tip inside and press the rest of the nozzle into position.  The first time his head is pressed down, he snaps into position to stay securely on the dispensing nozzle.

Decorate him as you wish - I tried a beige filament with red for blood and brown for dirt and skin discoloration with an orange shirt.  I am confident that many of you could do a much better paint job than I did; so, let's see your makes!  Show me how it's done!
