*****Bioenno appears to vary the actual size of the battery sometimes. This skeleton fits my battery fine but may need to be adjusted in your slicer to fit the dimensions of your battery.*****
When I operate my amateur radio away from home I sometimes use a 240 watt-hour battery for extended run time. The battery is “soft side” with no hard plastic case and has what looks like “shrink wrap” on it. I wanted something that was better protection for the corners and edges but didn't add significant weight or bulk to an already heavy(ish) and large battery.
Printed on a Prusa MK4 with 15% infill using Prusament Mango Yellow PETG at 0.3mm layer height, a 0.4mm nozzle and organic supports from the build plate only.
The battery fits snugly into the case and is held in place with a standard zip tie. I ran the connector wiring under the zip tie to prevent some potential strain. This may be unnecessary but I don't know what kind of strain relief is under the outer wrapping so it seemed like a reasonable thing to do.
Huge thanks to @ChrisStevens who designed a really great protective case for the Bioenno BKF-1206A LiFePo battery. I was able to alter the dimensions in PrusaSlicer to accommodate the BLF-1220A battery.
