tree stand for half inch pipe/conduit - 18mm or 0.7" diameter

This is designed to receive a 33mm artificial christmas tree. I had some galvanized electrical conduit... the actual outer diameter is 0.7" / 18mm... from a previous project and will use 4 lengths of pipe 10" / 254mm as the legs. The cap and stand hold the pipe 1/8" / 3.175mm off the floor.

EDIT: The v3_ file have the corrected inner diameter to fit the pipe/conduit. Also the tree stand's inner tube has a slight taper on the interior to accommodate my particular tree. I am not sure its needed but why not add it?

How I Designed This

I used Tinkercad. A few basic shapes for the tube and the holes and few extra shapes for some reinforcement.
