Description

Looking for a spooky and stylish way to decorate your home for Halloween? Look no further than this Boo Haunted Letters Light Box!

This unique lightbox features four large letters that spell out "BOO!" in a happy font. The letters can be illuminated by LED lights, which cast an eerie glow.

This is perfect for displaying on a table, mantel, or shelf. It can also be hung on the wall by drilling some small holes in the back. There is an opening in the back to run a power cord, and each letter has pass-throughs to run LED's throughout easily.

Add a touch of Halloween spirit to your home. It's also a fun and festive way to invite your guests and trick-or-treaters.

Bill of Non-Printed Materials

  1. Orange Filament
  2. Black FIlament
  3. White FIlament
  4. Led Strip
  5. Optional LED controller and remote.
  6. Optional Micro Rocker switch for power - Print the optional O letter with the hole in the back for the switch
  7. 5V power supply or USB cable If using the USB cut off the micro USB side and use the black and red for pos and neg

Instructions

  1. Print all inserts, frames, and spider webs with the backs down. A few of the letter frames require small supports for the LED pass-throughs. NOTE: if using the STL files and not the pre-sliced plates, when you import the STL in your slicer of choice use the “separate into objects” function to split up the parts. This is generally done in the object view and right-clicking on the object.

  2. Optional - install the rocker switch in the back of the O

  3. Glue all the frames together. I have found putting them face down helps alignment. Also using some CA glue, and accelerator really helps here.

  4. All pieces glued

  5. OPTIONAL LEDs: Run the LEDs along the rim of the Frames towards the bottom. Farther away from the front is better to minimize hot spots.

  6. Press the inserts into the frames. you can glue if you like with some CA, but not necessary. Note: Don't overdo the glue if you ever plan to access the inside.

  7. Add the spider webs, by using a small dab of CA glue on each.

  8. Glue the spider to the web line, there is a small cutout in the back of the spider to properly align it.

  9. Enjoy!

Enjoy! 🎃👻
