Description
I know this is a niche product for an tiny obscure discontinued printer, but there's still a group of users out there that love them. You can still find them sold on the used market and under other names as well. They will run all day on a car battery so they are perfect for ham radio field days, trade show booths or demonstrations. Anyway, on to the prints…
I assume your tolerances and supports are tuned properly. Inside threads are best printed slow, but nothing else is out of the ordinary. Here's what worked for me. The amazon links aren't affiliates nor are they endorsements. Again, they're what worked for me.
Print the Grill upside down with these settings:
The Lazy Susan on top uses 608 skate bearings like these: https://a.co/d/bkaIXau I printed with the default orientation with normal supports.
The Spool Clutch is printed in default orientation with TPU or FLEX PLA.
The Spool Platter is printed upside down with normal supports.
The Hubs are printed in either orientation with normal supports. I prefer upside down, but it's up to you.
The Axles are printed on end with a 5mm brim.
