Description
Printing info:
- (!!!) print resized to ~=99% try around until the clamps slide easily on your system profile)
-4x sliders for each panel (heat sink size = 19.7x32.9cm) → one for each corner of the heat sink
-lay the model flat to one side (no need of support)
-layer height: 0.15-0.2
-infill: 30-50% Cubic or Cubic Subdivision
-support: no supports, maybe bridges but you don't need them cause the screw-hole is very small
material: PETG/ABS/ASA (because of the heat on the heat sink screws/mounting)
Mount either with the original screws [with the hook] (v1 → 4.6mm diameter version) or smaller screws (v2 → 4mm diameter version).
You can slide the hooks on your aluminium profile to manage the position after mounting. Just make sure to mount the system profiles right so that they fit the slider size!
note: it's my first 3d design for a mounting bracket so there is no nice chamfered version included at the moment .. but i uploaded v1 & v2 with newbie chamfers
