Description
Some safes come with PALS webbing inside the door, which can be used to mount holsters or pouches. Mine also came with plastic hooks for hanging keys, but not enough for all of the spare keys I keep there, so I found myself hanging multiple sets of keys from each hook. Seemed like I would drop one or more keys every time I would need to get a spare. There were plenty of unused webbing loops, so I made a printable version of the hooks so I could spread the keys out better.
I printed these out of ABS on my Voron 2.4 using a 0.4mm nozzle, but probably any filament would work fine.
[EDIT 14NOV23: It has come to my attention, that the Arachne perimeter generator used as default in recent versions of Prusaslicer takes “shortcuts” when going around square corners. This will negate a feature I included in the CAD of this model to ensure a sharp internal corner where the hook is retained in the PALS loop. Therefore, for best results, this model should be printed with the perimeter generator set to “classic” rather than Arachne.]
