Slew bearing with crossed cylinder rollers and flexible parameters.

I've remixed the great "Slew bearing with crossed cylinder rollers" by Isi3d to be able to specify different parameters for the inner and outer rings.

Separated variables for inner and outer rings, allowing you to customize the number, size and distance to edge of the screw holes for each ring.

Added a new parameter to place the cage and rollers offset of the middlepoint between "d_outer" and "d_bore". This adds flexibility to where to put the screw holes.

Changed "part" values from part names to numbers(0-5) to make easier to change between visible parts.
