Filament Welder, Joiner Fusing tool

Join your last lines of filament together, don’t waste them.  This tool allows you to use a soldering iron or fine pointed heat gun or even a lighter to fuse lefter over filaments together.

Simply use some ptfe or silicone tube to make a connection between the two filaments and heat to bind. let it melt together and then cool for bonding “30-40 seconds”

Use the cut blocks to mount the tube used and slice the silicone pfte tube so you can split it with a box cutter and then you can pull it all out together. 

Use the v2 tool for longer lengths of filament if you wish so you don't have to thread it all the way through. It Requires an m3 10mm Bolt X2 ( To use v2 you need Da Fuzer 2 + Block 1 and Block 2 and 2 M3 10mm Bolts )

You Can also print 2 x slice blocks to use as a press whilst cooling to help with straightining before the slicing of the tube“ wait atleast 10 seconds ”

This woks, i have binded many rolls with a little left to make a multicolour random roll for tests and unique prints
