Use tree/organic supports:
Support overhang angle: 60
Support density: 20
Support pattern: zigzag
(If your are experiencing problems with tree support on cura, check the "minimum support area" option, change the current value to zero, than try to slice again)
Can be printed with 0% infill if your printer is well calibrated and have no cooling issues, otherwise please use infill.
